Beril Koroglu is a chef, editor, young entrepreneur in Gastronomy industry. After her gastronomy and culinary education in university, she was accepted in first and only three Michelin stared restaurant of Norway called Maaemo. She did her internship at Maaemo and learned new culinary techniques, sustainable food production and permaculture. She was already wrote articles about food consumption habits after industrialization of food and sustainable food production, but she decided to write these articles in different perspective. Beril has big passion for horror and exploitation movies, that’s why she started to publish first and only labeled horror movie magazine of Turkey with her teammates. She’s writing articles about Gastronomy and horror movies and doing editorship of the magazine called Alacakaranlik. Beril’s passion for food and her different perspectives about gastronomy will give you a chance to experience Turkish cuisine in unique way.
You are invited to a beautiful kitchen on the Asian side of Istanbul, to meet Beril and cook a 4-course lunch together. A rich and fabulous Turkish style menu will be prepared according to the season and the requests of clients. After a challenging few hours in the kitchen, it’s time to enjoy the fruits of our hard work along with a nice glass of Turkish wine.
